Appointment Cancellation Policy I completely understand that circumstances arise but if you know you will not make your appointment, I request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment by calling me at (316) 759-9186. Cancelling your appointment within the 24 hour time frame will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled services for that day. If you miss your appointment and do not notify the salon beforehand, the salon reserves the right to assess a charge of up to 100% of the service amount to be determined by the service provider.
